We stayed in a three bedroom apartment at the complex and were very impressed wiht the accomodation. The apartment was newly renovated and very nicely presented inside. The furniture and linen were of lovely quality. I loved the large balcony we had overlooking the pool (Number 16 on the third floor) It had a large dining table and sofa . The apartments did not have a lift but we did not mind that. They were situated close to the town centre, harbour, supermarket and beach- all within a few minutes walk. What impressed us most was the helpfulness of the staff - Michelle and Sue. They could not have been more friendly and efficient. Our washing machine broke down in the week we were there and aside from arranging a speedy repair Michelle also arranged for my washing to be laundered elsewhere and returned by the time I had come back from a walk to the beach! I would recommend the apartments to family or friends without hesitation.

The place was fairly clean and staff was exceptionally pleasant and accommodating. The room was both huge and large with comfortable furnishings. Magnificent location to all the restaurants etc on the main street, I greatly enjoyed it.

The pool was excellent and the size of the room was very good. The location was very good, quite close to Macrossan Street.
We were on the third floow but didn't know it, and we had to climb 4 flights of stairs each time to get to the room. It would have been nice to know prior since I have a knee problem. We only had access to one room key since the people before us lost a key - this turned out to be a little inconvinient...

Great pool
Showers in the apartment did not fit with the rest of the apartment. Water went everywhere....get rid of the bath/shower setup. They are terrible.

smashing place, close to all facilities and beach, our teenagers enjoyed free DVD hire and the ease of walking in to Port Douglas on their own
Paying for use of pool towels , lack of any free wifi, provision of dishwasher tablets for one day only, we had to pay for additional days despite being booked in to the villa for 4 days.....

We thought Cayman Villas was an excellent location, just a short stroll to beach and main shopping/dining in Macrossan St and the marina for access to boating activities E.G. cruises and reef snorkelling etc. Also a good base for visiting Cape Tribulation, Mossman Gorge, Palm Cove etc. Very clean and spacious villas and Sue at the front desk was very nice. We had undercover parking although when they are full the park would probably be quite tight. Pool/BBQ area was lovely and clean at all times.

Cayman Villas had plenty of space to relax in, a great kitchen and lovely terrace. It was also very quiet.
Didn't really like the ensuite set up. Some renovations have been done so maybe ensuite yet to come. Would have liked clean towels but no servicing before 7 days unless you paid extra and any further supplies of dishwasher powder or washing powder had to be paid for.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of everything. We were able to easily walk to all the shops, restaurants, and attractions in the area. The beach was just a short stroll away, and the marina was also within walking distance. The hotel itself was luxurious and provided enhanced comfort. Our spacious apartment was beautifully furnished and had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and a terrace where we could relax and enjoy the view. The pool was fantastic, with a great temperature for the whole family to enjoy. The BBQ facilities were clean and tidy, making it convenient for us to cook our own meals. The staff was friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout our stay. We also appreciated the additional services such as room service, bicycle hire, and laundry. this place exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.
We would recommend this hotel to everyone.
